All our canopy kits are constructed from high quality GRP or aluminium with polycarbonate roofing, and come complete with a rainwater guttering and downpipe system. They are supplied in kit form, either suitable to two people to DIY, or optionally you can use our fitting service.

Why should you buy a carport?
A car port is the most cost effective way of protecting your vehicle from the elements. Quicker to construct, cheaper and less space-consuming than a garage, carports offer protection from rain, snow, hail and reduce the amount of ice-scraping you have to do considerably. Having a dry covered area in which to unload or load your car can make things much more pleasant on a rainy day!
In the warmer months a car port will protect your car or caravan from UV sun damage, and you may even find that your carport offers great shade for people as well - just put a nice table and chairs underneath.
What should you consider when buying a car port?
Obviously it's important to work out what size and style of car port you require. All our canopies are manufactured in the UK, using aluminium and polycarbonate roofing. Lightweight and strong, aluminium structures are simple to install, and you do not need to worry about painting or rust because the aluminium is powdercoated, protecting your carport for many years. The multiwall polycarbonate sheeting in the roof is also lightweight but very strong (the inner layers of bullet resistant glass are made from polycarbonate!) and unlike glass roofs it's a very safe, shatterproof material.
If you are looking for a freestanding car port (which doesn't need to be up against a building) then our Contour Curved Roof Canopy would be your best option. These elegant looking canopies are made from heavy duty aluminium providing a strong structure that can withstand the elements.
If instead you are looking for a car port to attach to you home, you should go for either our Homestyle Multi Purpose Canopy or our Weatherguard Cantilever Canopy range. The Homestyle range is our most popular type or canopy. It is a 'lean-to' style, attaching to your house. It's the most cost effective of our ranges, however if access is limited you may prefer our Weatherguard Cantilever range which has no legs and can be attached at any height on your house wall (so long as there are at least 7 bricks above the canopy) which makes it an excellent roof for cars, boats, caravans and RVs. Made from high strength GRP beams the Weatherguard Cantilever range is both durable and attractive.
Take measurements to work out what size you need. We offer a wide range of different projections, from 1.5 metres right up to 4.0 metres, and because our carport canopy designs are modular you can easily get the length you need.
